    U-boot/MMC instructions updates
    - mmc init apparent doesn't exist any more
    - mmc rescan not needed any more, at least on IGEPv2 with a
      recent U-boot. Let's keep instructions simple!
    - Recall where the MMC reading instructions can be found.
